Stopped at this branch to deposited my check and received horrible customer service. I was in the drive thru I wasn't greeted or even asked if I needed anything else and didn't receive a goodbye or have a nice day. I will no longer use this branch I will go to another bb&t. I worked at a bank for 13 years and that type of customer service sucks your drive thru person needs to be retrained.
Branch services excellent.
Branch furniture NEED upgrading. Not a great feeling to go inside to do business and have to LOOK at worn out and filthy chairs. They have been like this for quite a while.
Not fair to employees and clients.
Kind of inherited BB & T, from Colonial Bank and before that Citrus & Chemical ( 20 or so years, overall). Satisfied with them, especially the employees at our branch.
I was visiting Florida and wanted to get a cash advance. I was told the server was unavailable and to use the ATM. I went to the ATM, was charged $.75 to be denied that the cash unavailable. I find out when I get home to Wisconsin that indeed the $400.00 transaction went through. I called the bank & was told the only way to get my $ is to register a dispute with the credit card co. After an hour on the phone with the credit card co. They are sending me the claim form which will take 3-5 days and then I have to fill it out & send it back in to register the dispute. All this time without my $ which was no fault of my own! Thank you BB & T. I will be sure to have my mom who lives in Bartow tell all her friends and everyone she meets about your customer service or lack there of. 0 Stars from me
I called BBT today to inquire about a a package that was accidentally delivered to there location. This bank and I have similar addresses. A Ms White answered the phone and I told her my situation. She informed me she did not of a package and that she works in the back. I asked to be transferred to the front lobby and was informed that I would have come into the bank and look in a drop box. I asked if their was key to this dropbox and she said I don't know. I again asked to transferred to someone and lobby was informed again that I would have to come to the bank and look for myself. What would have it hurt to be nice and just transfer me to the lobby instead of making me leave work drive across town to ask someone else about the drop box or a package that was accidentally delivered to the wrong place? Quality customer service is a thing of the past.
Atm issues. Other than that would be a 10
This bank is a disaster!!!! Nothing but problems and confusion, I am seriously thinking about changing banks.

I moved back to Indiana 4 months ago. I have been a customer of BBT for 9 years. I have had car and home loans as well as a credit card, checking and savings account. This is the absolute worst location I have ever dealt with. The ATM has been not available atleast 4 times that I have attempted to use. I am seriously considering changing banks as a result. I have called corporate regarding this and still I see issues. This is not conveinent.
Have been trying to access my online account for 2 days without success. Keep getting "server error, try again later". Tried calling someone about it and cannot get anyone to talk to. I really need to access my account. Could you please e-mail me and let me know what the problem is. Thank you

i WAS JUST AT THE LAUREL MALL location IN HAZLETON PA AND IT WAS RIDICULOUS. I SAT AT THE WINDOW FOR 10 MIN. W/2 CARS AHEAD OF ME, WENT AROUND TO PARK AND GO IN, ONLY TO FIND APPROX 15 PEOPLE IN LINE. PROCEEDED TO GO AROUND AGAIN TO THE DRIVE THRU AND THE SAME 2 CARS WERE STILL THERE. THIS location IS NOT CONVENIENT, NOR BIG ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE FROM THE 3 BANKS THAT WERE TAKEN OVER...PEOPLE WANT TO GO AT LUNCH TO DO BANKING, THEY WILL NEED TO BRING A LUNCH TO SURVIVE THE WAIT.
Extremely disappointed with my visit to make a deposit today. I've been a customer at MInotola/Susquehanna /BBT for over 30 years, doing millions of dollars in both my business and personal transactions. I was offended by the appearance of the teller that handled my transactions today.
I have been banking with BB&T for over 40 years and have always felt like they appreciated me as a customer and looked out for me as a customer. That was until this week. I have never seen any company treat its customer the way I was treated at this branch. It is obvious that their culture around customer service is changing for the worse. I do not want to be associated with a company that would treat customers as this branch did. Great that we have competition to choose from.
I have had overdraft paid by BB&T for the past year, due to financial responsibility, after the death of my father. The manager has not returned my calls, so I could explain, and say thanks. Today Melissa Schroeder listened..give her a raise!
